Terms of service
1. Bookings
A booking submitted through the website is a request and becomes valid once our staff confirm it by phone or email.
2. Payment
The deposit for a confirmed booking must be paid within 24 hours by QPay, card or bank transfer. The balance is paid on arrival.
3. Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival are refunded 100%. 3–7 days before: 50%. No refunds are given within 3 days of arrival. Full refunds are given in the event of natural disasters or cancelled flights.
4. Check-in and check-out
Check-in 14:00, check-out 11:00.
5. Safety
Guests must follow their guide's instructions during tours and activities.
