Is there electricity and Wi‑Fi in the gers?

Solar power is available 24 hours a day, with a 220V outlet in every ger. Wi‑Fi is good in the restaurant and luxury gers, and weaker in the traditional gers.

How do I get here from Dalanzadgad?

Our vehicle will pick you up at the airport (60,000₮/vehicle, book in advance). If you're driving yourself, you'll need a 4WD vehicle for the 180 km of dirt road.

What do you offer for families with children?

Children under 6 stay free. We offer cots, high chairs and a shorter version of the camel trek.

Mongolian and European cuisine. Please note any vegetarian or gluten-free requests in your booking. Breakfast is included; lunch is 25,000₮ and dinner 35,000₮.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancel more than 7 days before arrival for a 100% refund. 3–7 days before: 50%. No refund within 3 days of arrival. Full refunds are given for natural disasters or cancelled flights.

When is the best time to visit?

We're open from 15 May to 10 October. June–August is warm (30°C+ during the day), while May and September are cooler and quieter.

Cash and bank cards?

Deposits can be paid online via QPay, card or bank transfer. On site we accept cash and QPay. There are no ATMs nearby.
